We all recognize it’s more a matter of WHEN than IF COVID-19 spreads to our community. Our fire department is working hard to ensure that our volunteers, employees and community are safe during these trying times. The department’s volunteers and staff are staying updated on the latest recommended safety practices to protect themselves and their families. Please, be aware that the fire stations have restricted access and the community room attached to the main fire station is closed to all public events. Our people’s hearts are big enough to also do their best to support the vulnerable, isolated members of our community who don’t have the ability to get needed supplies, such as their medications.
