Our auxiliary (Marion Fire Auxiliary Inc) bought us a new Jaws of Life extrication tools system. Our firefighters look forward to rescuing car crash victims more quickly and safely than they were able to do in the past. Jaws of Life are very expensive. This one is a near-new, “gently used demo” our Chief found for the Auxiliary to buy that still cost over $26,700.

We are very grateful that the Auxiliary’s volunteers worked so hard last year to support us with raffle ticket sales, split-the-pot games at local restaurants, a bake sale, and a flea market. To those of you who gave the Auxiliary donations or supported one of their fundraisers…
Thank you!
