The Grubb Mountain Fire has line around it and is contained at 5.7 acres. Crews, including a water tender from Marion Fire, are working to extinguish and mop it up today. It’s located in heavy timber and will take some work over the next several days.

The Gunsite Fire, just west of Little Bitterroot Lake was spotted late last night. DNRC, Helitac, and Marion Fire hiked in this morning and are working on it today. The fire is small in size and they have line around it.

The Bear Springs Fire from Saturday is contained and out.
